Promotion Terms & Conditions – “Maintenance May Madness”

  1. Promotional Period
    The “Maintenance May Madness” promotion is valid for agreements entered into between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 inclusive.
  2. Works Timing & Eligibility
    • To qualify for the promotional offer, works must be quoted, agreed to, and accepted during May 2026.
    • Where works are agreed to in May 2026 but cannot be practically completed within May due to scheduling availability, parts lead times, or customer‑requested delays, the promotional offer will still be honoured, provided the agreement was confirmed in writing during May.
    • Works not accepted during the promotional period will not qualify.
  3. Promotional Offer
    The promotion includes a FREE Electrical & Smoke Detector Safety Check when booking qualifying electrical maintenance, upgrades, or installation works.

    • The safety check is limited to a general visual and basic functional inspection only.
    • Repairs, rectification works, replacement parts, compliance upgrades, or certification are not included and will be quoted separately if required.
  4. Location
    • This promotion is valid for properties located within Metro Melbourne.
    • Jobs located in regional or outer areas may attract additional travel charges, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
    • The company reserves the right to decline promotional pricing for locations outside the Metro Melbourne service area.
  5. Access & Site Conditions
    • The customer is responsible for providing clear, safe, and reasonable access to all required work areas.
    • Challenging access conditions—including but not limited to double‑storey access, limited roof space, full‑size or closely spaced noggins, restricted wall cavities, or non‑standard construction—may result in additional labour charges.
    • Any pricing variations due to access or construction limitations will be discussed prior to proceeding where reasonably possible.
  6. Payment & Pre‑Payment Terms
    • A deposit or full pre‑payment may be required prior to scheduling works, particularly for larger jobs, special‑order materials, or high‑demand booking periods.
    • Pre‑payment enables faster job confirmation and scheduling turnaround.
    • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. After‑Hours & Penalty Rates
    • Standard works are carried out during normal business hours.
    • After‑hours, weekend, public holiday, or urgent works will attract penalty rates, which are not included in the promotional offer unless expressly stated.
    • All applicable rates will be disclosed prior to attendance.
  8. Liability & Damages
    • All works are conducted with due care and in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and regulations.
    • The company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not include indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
    • The company is not responsible for pre‑existing faults, concealed defects, or damage resulting from non‑compliant, aged, or previously modified electrical installations.
  9. Variations & Additional Works
    • Any additional works requested or required outside the original scope will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before proceeding.
    • Promotional inclusions apply only to the originally agreed scope.
  10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations, late changes, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer or additional fees.
    • Rescheduling beyond reasonable timeframes may void the promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  11. General
    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.
    • The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.
    • Standard terms of trade apply to all services provided.
